EFT & Meridian Tapping Techniques
Each of us is different in the way that we process our ‘stuff’.
What do I mean by that? Let’s try an experiment:
Go to a desert island in your mind.
Imagine yourself on a golden sandy beach, the sun is shining, the waves are lapping on the beach, the palm trees offer cool shade and there’s a gentle sea breeze. Now close your eyes and really experience that.
You may have clearly seen the picture in your mind, or heard the splashing of the waves and the gentle rustling of the palm trees. Maybe you felt the sand beneath your feet and the warmth of the sun or even smelt the saltiness of the breeze and the seaweed. Perhaps you experienced a mixture of some or all of those things.

Each one of us is different and that is why I offer a variety of meridian tapping therapies. We’ll choose the one that best suits you. However, the aim of each therapy is the same. We go to the subconscious and we change those negative beliefs and memories that are holding us back.
What do I mean by that?
If logic solved our problems, wouldn't we each be perfect, happy, well-functioning human beings? Most of us cope pretty well most of the time. But coping isn’t healing and we all need a helping hand sometimes.
We don't often think about it, but our subconscious mind is much more powerful than our conscious mind. It keeps our heart beating, our lungs breathing, and regulates the thousands of processes that keep us alive and functioning. Because it operates outside of our conscious mind, it reacts to patterns and programming in ways we aren't aware of. This explains why habits and addictions are so hard to break. Most of our subconscious beliefs and triggers were set early in childhood.
Meridian tapping techniques allow us to address the energetic and emotional patterns that feed the subconscious mind, allowing us to bring them into alignment with our conscious desires.
