When to Work with a Specialist

Meridian Tapping is quite simple to do. You can easily learn how to get relief from a variety of conditions, from migraines to upset stomach to overwhelm or stress. Just go to Youtube and search for "EFT for ___________" or "tapping for __________" with your condition in the blank.

When you are ready to get to the root causes behind the symptoms or negative patterns, that is when you should seek out a tapping specialist. As EFT Master Ann Adams puts it, "Tapping is simple - people aren't." There is an art to understanding how to apply the techniques in each individual situation, as we are all unique.


I work with four therapies built around Meridian tapping, and apply them as needed on a case-by-case basis. You don't need to figure out which one is right for you, as we'll do that together. Each has its place, and complements the others.


I've also had foundational training in Meta Medicine, and can help with clearing the emotional traumas uncovered by that process.
