Matrix Reimprinting
Matrix Reimprinting is a new application of EFT, created by Karl Dawson, one of only 29 EFT Masters in the world, and I was privileged to be trained early on in this cutting-edge technique by Karl himself.
Matrix Reimprinting is a completely new personal development technique that dramatically improves health and wellbeing by allowing you to access and transform painful memories that may be holding you trapped in the past.
Imprinting is the name for the process of the laying down of patterns and beliefs, which happens during the first 6 or so years of our lives, from observing and imitating the people who take care of us. This is why we find that so many of our negative patterns are set down, in our subconscious, at an early age (although trauma can obviously happen at any age).
Because around 95% of what we do in our daily lives is run by the subconscious, it explains why so often, logic doesn’t help us and why these ‘hidden’ patterns can cause us problems in later life.
However,
what is now a problem was once a solution...
and as the main function of our subconscious is to keep us safe, it follows that we just need to re-write the programme, and change the pattern, and Matrix Reimprinting allows us to do this!
Matrix Reimprinting can take EFT to another level and can be quick, life-changing and very gentle. It allows us to remove negative emotions from traumatic memories and helps to clear patterns of negative behaviours.
When Karl was unable to present his cutting-edge technique to an international EFT Conference in the UK in May 2011, due to his other commitments abroad, I was proud when he suggested that I should present in his stead.
Karl’s book, Matrix Reimprinting Using EFT: Rewrite Your Past, Transform Your Future, co-authored with Sasha Allenby, has now been translated into many different languages.
